Our recent class at the Oregon City library was so well attended that I had a waitlist running! Sadly I wasn’t able to get everyone in, so, we decided to host another class on Saturday, March 11th, from 10:30-12.
The class is open to all Oregon City and Beavercreek, Oregon residents (and nearby areas). It will be held at the Oregon City library. RSVP is required as spaces are limited. There is no fee to attend and it is an informative class only (a no-pressure event). The class will be hosted by myself, and I will have Michelle Kirkendall of Finance of America Mortgage on hand to help answer all questions related to obtaining a home mortgage.
Topics of discussion:
Financial issues: Shopping for a home mortgage, credit reports, how much money you need for a down-payment (if any!) and other out-of-pocket upfront expenses.
Purchasing: how to get the best help in buying a home, how to search for homes for sale, What to look for when selling your home in the future, what to expect from the sale agreement (earnest money, appraisals, title reports/insurance, property disclosures, closing timelines, etc.), common home inspections (whole house inspections, radon, lead paint, sewer scopes, abandoned oil tanks, etc), and much more!
RSVP: firstname.lastname@example.org or 503-632-8785. And of course, if you have any questions prior to that time please don’t hesitate to touch base with me. Happy New Year!
