Several of these testimonials can be viewed directly on the real estate website zillow.com where my past clients have written about their experience using me as their Realtor. The following are some of the highlights:

“Amy Manning is awesome!! I would highly recommend her to help sell/buy your home. Amy helped my husband and I sell our house and it sold super fast! On the very day it went on the market! She was always very helpful, answered all our questions and concerns and promptly returned emails, texts and calls. Amy is very professional and knowledgeable. She knows the Oregon City area well and had just sold a house down the street from us. She quickly had a market analysis for us and showed us our house was worth even more than we anticipated. She helped us negotiate to get just what we wanted in the selling process and make sure everything went as smooth as possible. We are more than pleased with our home selling experience with Amy Manning. Thanks Amy!!

Bought two homes and sold one home in West Lynn, Oregon.

“Amy’s hands on approach included a detailed analysis of the unique aspects in my house against the subject properties for the CMA. This was not thought of or presented as an option by other Real Estate professionals.

Amy led the discussion or strategy around price, advertising or comparison against other similar houses in market.

I was very upfront when discussing listing house that I wanted a business partner and not someone to just tell me what I wanted to hear. She held multiple open houses and always gave me feedback after following up with every person that attended.

She always stepped up and worked aggressively to help sell my home. Which she did in short order after having it listed for over 6 months with another firm.

If you are considering someone else I would happily have a conversation with you and fully recommend Amy.

Amy far exceeded expectations and very much appreciate the hard work and dedication to your craft.”

She was there every step of the way to see that all the bases were covered. She followed up with repairs and made sure everything had gone as planned. She was very friendly and pleasant to work with. “I had the privilege of working with Amy Manning as my Realtor when I sold my home in the spring of 2013. Without hesitation, I give Amy my highest recommendation. She knows her market extremely well; she is diligent, responsive, and very patient. Amy is very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job.
Amy took the time to explain every part of the legal paperwork required in a real estate transaction. She knew the contracts and addendums like the back of her hand. She explained the legalese in a concise yet thorough manner.
The experience at each phase of the sales effort was superior, such as innovative marketing efforts, useful insights on staging my home, effective showings and proactive facilitation during the sale negotiations.
My transaction was a challenge due to a lazy buyer’s agent. Amy handled this situation with professionalism and poise. She successfully facilitated the completion of all the necessary tasks in a timely manner.
Another challenge was that my house was a difficult-to-finance older manufactured home. Yet my house sold within 40 days of listing, and for almost the full asking price. They accepted the house in as-is condition!
Amy is the epitome of professionalism and knowledge. It has been a real pleasure to work with her.”

Dear Sir/Madam:

I am pleased to offer an enthusiastic recommendation of Amy Manning (nee Harryman) as a Real Estate agent for your company. Ten years ago, I was referred to Amy as one who would well represent me in my efforts to sell my home. At the time, Amy was employed by Parker Realty and was a relative newcomer to the Real Estate business. I understood then that this was a learning stage along her career path, as it should always be! I was so impressed by her presentation, warmth, and knowledge of my neighborhood market that I decided to have her serve as my listing agent and buyer’s agent. Of course, some would advise against such dual representation, but in my case it proved to be a very good move.

Throughout the process of finding a solid buyer of my home and searching for an suitable new property to which I could gracefully move myself and family, Amy demonstrated a sophisticated grasp of real estate matters, negotiating strategies, and the oversight of necessary inspections and repairs. Although I had worked with agents before in buying and selling a home, I found Amy to set a higher standard of professionalism and attentiveness than I’d previously experienced. As an often overwhelmed single parent working full-time, I required considerable hand-holding and advocacy. It certainly was to my benefit that Amy provided me quick, clear, and concise communication, as well as sound market research and direction. She provided me very helpful tips for the effective presentation of my home, and added her own style to the effort during open houses and networking opportunities. When Amy didn’t have an instant answer to a complex question, it didn’t take long for her to draw from her resources and provide a reliable response.
I recall my excitement when a proper purchase price was negotiated for my home in South East Portland – just as we’d found a terrific replacement home in the Mt. Tabor neighborhood. My joy was tempered considerably when it became apparent that the seller of that home had a live-in boyfriend who was didn’t want to move and was determined to sabotage the transaction. In this case, Amy’s reassuring personal approach meant a lot to me – and, too, her pro-active efforts to smooth this transition. It’s just one of the “war stories” that real estate professionals can tell, but it certainly made a difference in my life.
I hope this is helpful in your assessment of Amy. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
Best Wishes,
Scott E. Weber
